PAXMAN offers a wide range of colouring compounds and emulsions, using either natural or synthetic colourings.

The colouring solutions that we develop are tailor made, according the specific customer’s requirements to fit to the type of final product and the legislation of the market. The choice of natural or synthetic colour is carefully made taking in account, the nature of the final application (ingredients, packing etc), the legislation and the cost.

Natural colours compounds are developed by standardising blends of concentrated juices and juice extracts. Additionally, all types of oil-soluble natural carotenoids and other oleoresins can be provided in water-soluble emulsions suitable for all applications in beverages to colour in a very wide pallet either cloudy or even clear beverage (NTU<10).
